1. R&d Supervisor
Number of recruits: 1-2
Requirements: organic related professional doctor, 1-2 years of work experience;Or master's degree and bachelor's degree in organic related field with 3-7 years working experience。Familiar with various organic synthesis reactions, with rich experience in practical synthesis operations。Effectively and reasonably divide the R&D team, have a clear grasp of the progress of each project, and can effectively solve the problems encountered in the research and development;
2. Senior Organic Synthesis Researcher
Number of recruits: 2-3
Requirements: organic related professional doctor, work experience is preferred;Or master's degree in organic related field and bachelor's degree 2-5 years working experience。Familiar with various organic synthesis reactions, with rich experience in practical synthesis operations。Lead the team to efficiently complete the route design, experiment and characterization of various projects and sort out the final project experiment report。
Third, organic synthesis researcher
Number of recruits: 3-5
Requirements: Master's degree and 1-3 years working experience in organic related fields, or college graduates with more than 3 years experience in organic synthesis are acceptable。Familiar with various organic synthesis reactions, with rich experience in practical synthesis operations。Able to complete the project and solve the problems encountered in the process of research and development。
